Happy Women's History Month! Women's History Month is celebrated during the month of March in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. It also corresponds with International Women's Day, which is celebrated on March 8th.
To mark the occasion, we've addressed a question related to women's rights and the Equal Rights Amendment on our frequently asked legal questions page. It includes information on the proposed 27th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the ratification process, and Texas's own Equal Rights Amendment.
In addition to addressing this topic, our frequently asked questions page provides answers to many of the other most common legal questions that we receive. - What happens if someone dies without a will?
- Can gift cards expire? Can merchants charge an annual fee on a gift card?
- Is gambling illegal?
- I bought a used car, but it does not run well. I think the seller lied to me. What can I do?
