Historical Texas Cases

The State Law Library has created a new research guide to provide information on both official and unofficial case reporters from throughout Texas's history.
This research guide includes:
- A brief history of the Texas case reporters and the courts themselves
- A chronological listing of all the case reporters available at our library
- Case reporters organized by the types of cases they contain (such as Texas Supreme Court cases, Court of Criminal Appeals cases, Courts of Appeals cases, and Commissions of Appeals cases)
- Resources that provide additional background and more details related to this topic
